We made a day trip to Sayulita and our first stop was Organi-k Sayulita for a healthy lunch.
We split the no bad days smoothie which was chocolatey and sweet and everything I had been craving in a filling smoothie since arriving in Mexico.
We also split the buddha bowl which had some of the best hummus I had ever tasted. I wish it had meat but it was a nice way to fill up on veggies (which you don’t see enough of dining out in Mexico). To finish we split the poke pancho bowl with raw tuna which had a little spice and really hit the spot. We love the sauce on this poke bowl (mayo and sriracha I believe) and both could have eaten more.
We absolutely loved this healthy and filling lunch at Organi-k Sayulita and would highly recommend it!
